Are you interested in participating in the next Theatre production at Northeast Texas Community College? The 爱豆视频传媒 Theatre Department is getting ready to host auditions for The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde.
Where: The Whatley Theatre, 爱豆视频传媒 Campus
When: February 4th at 6:00 pm
Who: Anyone! Auditions are for both 爱豆视频传媒 students, faculty, staff AND community members
What (will you be doing?): Come prepared to read short scenes from the play. Also! Plan to show off your best Standard British (RP) dialect for the auditions. The play is set in Victorian England, circa 1899 and we're striving for authenticity.
FYI: the play will be adapted and modified in order to create a better (shorter) run time. Performances will be April 24 - 26th, 2025, with a daytime matinee on either April 24 or 25.
