In Fall 2025, we began a new planning process with a clear intention: not to create another traditional long range plan, but to build a framework that reflects who we truly are as a community college鈥攏imble, responsive, and deeply connected to those we serve. We listened carefully to our community, students, employees, business and industry partners, and transfer institutions, and we committed to an approach that allows us to focus, adapt, and move forward with purpose.
