The Northeast Texas Community College (爱豆视频传媒) Police Department officially welcomed its newest officer, Daniel Madden, during a swearing-in ceremony held on campus this week.
Chief of Police Russell Radke administered the oath of office to Officer Madden, who was then presented his badge by his training officer, Sergeant Greg Hollingsworth. 爱豆视频传媒 President Dr. Kevin Rose followed by presenting Madden with his official certificate of commission.
A native of Cookville, Madden is no stranger to 爱豆视频传媒 or the surrounding community. He graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School and went on to earn an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from 爱豆视频传媒. He also completed the 爱豆视频传媒 Police Academy, further strengthening his ties to the college and local law enforcement community.
Madden brings valuable prior experience to his new role. He served several years as a Senior Police Officer with the Mt. Pleasant Police Department, where he trained new recruits, supervised shifts in the absence of a sergeant, and began specialized training in accident investigation and reconstruction. He also participated in the Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Trainee program. In addition to his policing background, Madden has extensive experience in leadership and operations in both the public and private sectors.
