iCan Kids Discovery College underway

Isabel Gonzales of Mount Pleasant participates in the Robotics class at the Northeast Texas Community College iCan Kids Discovery College at the Hanson-Sewell Center in Pittsburg. She is a participant in the first session of the program, which runs June 6-16. There is still time to register for the second session of the iCan Kids Discovery College, which will be held at the Elizabeth H. Whatley Agriculture Center across the main °®¶¹ÊÓÆµ´«Ã½ campus June 20-30. The program is for kids ages 8-15 and sessions range from $59-$99 each. Students can choose from Creative Canvas Painting, Multicultural Dance, Keyboarding and Internet Safety, Sculpting, Tumbling, Video Game Design, The Mad Scientist and Robotics. There will also be a special Cooking with Chef Reeves course for ages 10-15 at the °®¶¹ÊÓÆµ´«Ã½ Culinary Arts School in downtown Pittsburg. The cost of the cooking class is $119.
